Textile Production Operative, Broxburn, Pay Dependent on Experience + £25 Weekly Attendance Bonus
We're looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our client as A Textile Production Operative in Broxburn. If you're looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with opportunities to learn new skills and develop your career, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What you'll be doing:
As a Textile Production Operative, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, working with high-quality textiles to produce specialist products. Your tasks will include:
Hand-cut heavy-duty textiles using templates, ensuring accuracy and precision
Work with strong materials like Endura and Pentland fabrics used in specialist products
Sew and assemble inflatable bags for industrial applications
Perform quality checks throughout production to maintain high standards
Support the team to keep production running smoothly and efficiently
Maintain a safe, tidy, and organised workspace
Prepare materials and set up workstations for production tasks
Keep basic records of work completed and materials used
Assist with basic maintenance or cleaning of tools and equipment
What you can expect:
A full-time contract with pay dependent on your skills and experience
£25 weekly bonus for full attendance
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:45pm
Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm
Temp-to-perm opportunity after 13 weeks

What we're looking for:
Previous experience in textile handling, sewing, or cutting preferred, but not essential if willing to learn
Comfortable working with heavy-duty fabrics and manual tasks
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
A solid work history
A positive attitude and willingness to be trained in new skills
Reliable and punctual, with good communication skills
