Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Workday and other HR systems across the organization.
* Provide advanced (2nd and 3rd line) support for HRIS users, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
* Manage the end-to-end deployment of configuration updates and code changes across development, testing, and production environments.
* Develop, maintain, and enhance system integrations using tools such as EIB, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP Web Services, and other related APIs.
* Oversee the technical management of Workday modules, including HCM, Compensation, Absence, Learning, Talent, and Reporting.
* Lead technical efforts during system upgrades, enhancements, patching, and vendor-led issue resolution.
* Ensure data integrity, system security, user access controls, and compliance across all HR platforms.
* Support the HR team with complex reporting, dashboards (BIRT), and data analysis to drive insights and decision-making.
* Investigate and implement AI-driven capabilities within Workday to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver continuous system improvements.
* Maintain strong vendor relationships and work closely with the Senior HR Applications Analyst to ensure effective service delivery.
