The Role
This is a leadership position for a strategic, inventive and team-focused Design Director with amazing craft and rigour. You will elevate the creative output, nurture client relationships, mentor designers and bring bold, insight-driven ideas that shape the future of consumer branding and packaging.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and push strategic and creative direction across multiple projects.
* Build strong client relationships and understand their culture, motivations and ambition.
* Guide the team to deliver category-breaking creative across connected experiences.
* Present work with clarity, storytelling and conviction.
* Mentor, develop and inspire designers at all levels.
* Collaborate closely with strategy, account and project management teams.
* Ensure high quality creative is delivered while balancing commercial priorities.
* Seek opportunities to grow client relationships and expand the agency’s offer.
* Stay curious, share trends and be the go-to source for insights and inspiration.

* Strong experience in consumer branding and packaging.
* Confident shaping creative strategy and translating it into impactful design.
