Client Operations Manager
Salary: £43,000 - 47,000 per annum
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours)

The Role: RADA Business is looking for an exceptional Client Operations Manager to play a central role in delivering our Open Programmes and B2C services.
In this role, you’ll ensure our programmes are planned, resourced and delivered to an outstanding standard. You’ll lead and develop a team of Operations Coordinators, oversee client‑facing activity, and work closely with colleagues in Business Development, Estates, Marketing and Finance to create a seamless experience for every participant.
You’ll take ownership of operational processes, continuously improving how we work and ensuring our systems, data and financial administration are accurate and efficient. You’ll also act as Operations Lead on selected programmes, supporting tutors and participants both onsite and online.
We’re looking for someone with strong administrative and operational experience, excellent organisational skills, and a calm, detail‑focused approach. You’ll be confident managing people, handling client enquiries and complaints, and working in a fast‑moving environment. A commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion is essential.
