Description
1. Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and petty cash.
2. Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortised and disposed of as appropriate.
3. Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with approved external auditor.
4. Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
5. Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and petty cash.
6. Oversee the bookkeeping function including the maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
