In London, Supernova and Crème are our fast-growing QSR concepts, both with strong customer followings, ambitious rollout plans, and big attention to product and guest experience.
We’re now hiring an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day performance across these two brands in London.
The Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who’s passionate about operations and thrives in multi-site QSR environments. You’ll work closely with the founders and brand leads to deliver consistency, scale, and quality, and will play a key role in driving team performance, brand standards, and operational improvements across the sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations across Supernova and Crème London sites
* Ensure brand standards, product quality, and guest experience are consistently high
* Support and develop GMs and site leadership to improve performance and structure
* Review weekly KPIs including sales, GP, labour, speed of service, and customer feedback
* Work with central team to roll out menu changes, campaigns, and new processes
* Support new openings in London and help build systems for scalable growth
* Collaborate cross-functionally with training, people, marketing, and finance
Who You Are
* 5–7+ years experience in multi-site or senior site operations
* Strong QSR background with a good grasp of structured service, speed, and consistency
* Natural leader who knows how to coach and motivate teams
* Systems-minded, organised, and data-aware
* Comfortable working in high-volume, high-pace environments
* Strong communication skills and confident navigating growth-stage companies
* Passionate about hospitality, product, and culture
