Role Overview
As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, promoting a caring environment that provides residents with high standards of personalised health and care, while promoting independence and choice. You will focus on enabling staff to understand residents' needs and implement practical, effective care plans tailored to each individual, supporting their lifestyle and activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inspire a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents enjoy the best possible quality of life.
2. Lead by example, monitor standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.
3. Develop and deliver strategies to achieve set goals.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven track record of achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC grades.
* Experience in budget management.
* Strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Effective people management skills.
