Overview
Implementation Analyst (12 month FTC) role at Equiniti in Crawley, United Kingdom. The team is responsible for the implementation of the Compendia and Administrator application for new clients (software and TPA), including ongoing maintenance, legislative changes and new developments. The role involves core configuration of the system and collaboration with development to contribute to plans, review enhancement requests, and support system rollouts and prototypes for new functionality. This is suitable for someone with experience implementing pensions software or a pensions administrator with a solid understanding of UK pensions seeking the next step in their career.
Responsibilities
* Work across all aspects of the application
* Engage with client requirements, participate in client-facing meetings to discuss requirements
* Analyse, document and estimate client requirements
* Configure and test the Compendia Touch application including calculations, workflows, interfaces, communications, data migrations
* Visit customer sites when required
* Enhance and develop the Touch Model
* Improve implementation practices and procedures
* Keep AzureDev/JIRA boards up to date and provide progress updates to PMs/leads
* Collaborate with the development team to refine and improve the system
* Deliver client system demos and show-and-tells
* Lead project workstreams as needed and support other analysts with training and development
* Support Project Management by tracking work through the Agile development and release lifecycle
* Attend quarterly team meetups as required
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
* Educated to degree standard preferred but not essential
* Extensive experience and knowledge of Pension Configuration Tools and MS SQL, at least 2 years
* Relevant qualifications in the Pensions & Actuarial Industry desirable (e.g. Pensions Management Institute Certification)
* Subject Matter Expert in two areas of configuration (e.g. Workflows, Calculations, Interfaces, Data Migration, Reports)
* Demonstrate commercial awareness and operational efficiencies / income generation in current role
* Ability to train and support other employees to upskill where appropriate
