About the Role
The role is to be focused on developing people, improving structure, and driving sustainable growth in NHS and private healthcare markets.
Responsibilities
Deliver agreed revenue and margin targets
Strengthen CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy
Improve pricing consistency and commercial governance
Invest significant time in field coaching
Develop sales managers and emerging leaders
Raise baseline capability across the team
Embed accountability and performance standards
Partner with Marketing to refine segmentation and messaging
Strengthen proposition clarity across core product lines
Support service-led commercial development
Establish structured weekly and monthly operating rhythms
Introduce practical tools to improve deal hygiene and visibility
Qualifications
Degree-level education in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is desirable.
Required Skills
Proven experience leading healthcare or MedTech sales teams
Evidence of delivering revenue and margin growth
Strong coaching and team development capability
Comfortable operating within NHS procurement environments
Builder mindset with pragmatic execution focus
Exposure to international markets and distribution management is desirable.
