HR Business Partner – Human Resources Downshire Civic Centre, Downpatrick PAY: £21.24 p/h ️ Start Date: 29 Sept 2025 | 36 hrs/week Newry, Mourne and Down District Council is looking for 2 x HR Business Partners to support a peak in workload within the Corporate Services team. What you’ll do Partner with managers and staff to deliver effective HR support Provide advice on employee relations, performance & absence management Support workforce planning, recruitment & retention ⚖️ Ensure compliance with employment law & council policies Lead HR projects and contribute to organisational change initiatives ✅ What we’re looking for Degree (or equivalent) in HR/Business CIPD (or working towards) Strong knowledge of employment law & HR best practice Experience as HR Business Partner/Senior HR Advisor ️ Excellent communication & influencing skills Strong organisational & analytical abilities ✨ Great opportunity to join the Council’s HR team and make an impact!
