About Frive

Frive stands for Food to Thrive – we help busy people thrive not only because our meals are healthy, balanced and made with 100% whole foods/ natural ingredients, but also because they’re ready to heat and eat in minutes – saving you an hour a day, or up to 7 hours a week, for what matters most. We’re the UK’s highest-rated meal prep brand, with over 20 million meals delivered, and we’re just getting started.

We work with people from all different backgrounds and communities and recognise our own biases. We strive to create a strong sense of belonging and believe we will be better equipped to achieve our goals by building a team that approaches problems from different angles, using different perspectives and experiences to solve problems. All qualified applicants will be considered and we have no regard for age, ethnicity, ability, gender, gender expression, gender identity, nationality, race, religion, or sexual orientation. The more the merrier, and together we can achieve greatness.

Mission

To make healthy eating convenient, delicious and accessible, whilst championing locally sourced and organic ingredients.

Role Overview

You will support the day-to-day running of Frive’s paid and organic channels, with a primary focus on organic social operations, community management, and platform execution.

This is a junior role for someone who is highly organised, socially fluent, and deeply tuned in to how brands should show up online. You will help keep the day-to-day social engine moving by supporting publishing workflows, managing community interactions, maintaining content systems, and ensuring execution is sharp, on-brand, and on time.

While the role leans more heavily into organic social, it sits within a wider content function. You will work closely with the Senior Content Manager and the producer team to help keep the operation organised, responsive, and running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social culture and tone of voice, cares about detail, and wants to build strong experience at the intersection of brand, community, and content operations.

Core Responsibilities

Organic Social Execution

* Support the day-to-day running of Frive’s organic social channels
* Schedule, upload, and publish content accurately across platforms
* Ensure posts are formatted correctly and optimised for each platform
* Quality check captions, links, tags, thumbnails, and post details before content goes live
* Keep publishing calendars, content trackers, and scheduling systems accurate and up to date
* Help ensure content is delivered and posted on time

Community Management & Engagement

* Monitor comments, DMs, tags, and replies across social channels on a daily basis
* Respond to the community in Frive’s tone of voice, keeping interactions warm, sharp, and on-brand
* Escalate sensitive queries or customer issues appropriately
* Spot recurring questions, conversations, trends, and opportunities for engagement
* Help build a stronger, more responsive relationship between Frive and its audience
* Identify useful audience feedback and pass it back into the wider team

Social Operations Support

* Support the Senior Content Manager in keeping workflows, systems, and content operations organised
* Maintain content libraries, trackers, asset organisation, and platform documentation
* Help keep the team on top of deadlines, statuses, and publishing needs
* Assist with reporting preparation, data capture, and basic performance tracking
* Flag issues, missing assets, or process gaps before they become bigger problems
* Contribute to making the team more efficient by helping improve day-to-day ways of working

Platform & Brand Quality

* Develop a strong understanding of how Frive should show up across each platform
* Apply strong judgment around tone of voice, copy, captions, and social presentation
* Stay actively on top of platform trends, viral content, and emerging formats
* Regularly surface trending content, viral formats, and creator activity back to the team
* Suggest ways trends could be turned into practical opportunities for Frive content, not just observations
* Help ensure content is not just published, but feels native, current, and aligned with the brand
* Bring a social-first mindset to how content is packaged and presented

Creative Support

* Assist producers with lightweight creative tasks when needed
* Contribute ideas for community-led, reactive, or low-lift social content formats
* Basic content creation support e.g. capturing simple content on phone

Ideal Candidate

* Max 1–3 years’ experience in social media, community management, or content coordination, or strong relevant experience
* You are chronically online - tracking trends, formats, and collaborators who can deliver innovative content
* You have no ego in the work - you care about what performs, not who came up with it
* Excellent understanding of tone of voice and how to communicate naturally on social
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Strong written communication skills
* Comfortable managing repetitive operational tasks to a high standard
* Proactive and reliable, with good judgment on what to elevate and what to handle independently
* Interested in brand-building, audience engagement, and the systems behind strong content execution

* A discount on our amazing food
