Assistant Clerk of Works – £35K–£40K + £5,000 car allowance

Looking to step up your site inspection and quality monitoring experience? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing consultancy working across residential and commercial new build & refurbishment projects. You’ll work closely with experienced Clerks of Works, gaining hands-on exposure and long-term career development.

Your Role
• Support site inspections and quality monitoring
• Assist Senior Clerks of Works across multiple projects
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and residents
• Help maintain site records, reports, and photos
• Support snagging and end-of-defects inspections
What You’ll Need
• Some experience in construction, housing, or a site-based role
• Basic understanding of building materials and trades
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Organised, proactive, and keen to learn
