We are looking for a talented and flexible Pastry Chef to join the kitchen team at a stunning 15th-century manor house hotel set in beautiful countryside. This is a unique opportunity to work in a luxury setting known for its fine dining, weddings, and special events.

Role Summary:
* Pastry chef role with some flexibility across kitchen duties.
* Responsible for making all breads and pastries fresh onsite.
* Duties may include pastry work, larder tasks, or breakfast pastry preparation.
* Option to work breakfast shifts preparing breads and pastries for evening service, with potential nights off.
* Ideal for a Commis or Junior Pastry Chef (CDP) who can cover multiple areas (pastry and larder).
* Due to wage cost pressures, a multi-skilled chef is preferred over a specialist pastry-only role.

What We're Looking For:
* Solid pastry skills with a flexible approach.
* Experience producing breads, pastries, plated desserts, and breakfast items.
* Willingness to assist with larder duties a plus.
* Good organisational skills and a clean, efficient working style.
* Passionate about creating high-quality pastry and bakery products.

Salary & Accommodation:
* Salary up to approximately £35,000, depending on experience and skill.
