About Us
The Horizon Magna Group is a privately owned motor retail business established in Poole in 1971. We proudly represent Honda, Mazda, Nissan, and Mitsubishi across 12 dealerships located in Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, and Wiltshire.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for aftersales customers – in person, by phone, and via email – delivering a professional and efficient reception and administration service.
* Ensure a high standard of customer care and satisfaction is maintained at all times.
* Accurately capture customer and vehicle information in the Dealer Management System.
* Promote and secure service and repair bookings through customer reminders, marketing initiatives, and proactive contact.
* Liaise effectively with service technicians to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met.
* Secure service and repair sales, within the framework of Dealer Management System reminder systems and any current marketing initiative, to maximise the performance of the After Sales department.
* Ensure all service documentation complies with company and manufacturer policies, including warranty processing, payment collection, and fleet invoicing.

* Basic understanding of cash handling and accounting procedures.

Other Information:
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 08:30 - 12:30.
