Job summary
We are looking for motivated and dynamic Nursing Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Ward 3, Prince Philip Hospital.
Ward 3 specialises in Elderly care and frailty.
We provide person centred and supportive care to patients.
Ward 3 is a 16 bed ward with a 6 bed frailty unit.
Main duties of the job
There is an opportunity to learn new skills andgain further experience in caring for acutely unwell patientswhile developing professionally within a positive and challenging environment.This role will require you to undertake delegated clinical observations and to communicate effectively.
The unit operates a variety of shift patterns to suit service requirements including days/night rotation.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
