We are looking to appoint a Relief Head Chef to support our Dorset region covering Head Chef absences in various H&W locations as required.

What you'll need to be:
* A highly organized and skilled Head Chef with experience in high end standard fayre
* Someone that enjoys the buzz and variety in the spotlight of multiple prestige kitchens
* A serious chef that cares - who is motivated and determined to achieve excellence with any team
* Dependable and resilient, able to keep calm and reasoned under pressure
* Competent in all aspects of kitchen administration
* Highly proficient in food safety and hygiene regulations including allergens
* Able to work to precise specifications for cooking and presentation, without deviation
* A kind and inspirational leader able to influence, motivate and quickly bond with co-workers
* Diligent about compliance
* A driver with access to independent transport, based in Dorset or Hampshire

Previous experience and knowledge of leading operations in a managed pub or restaurant service is essential.
