Contract Opportunity – Dynamics 365 CE Consultant | UK | 6 Months | October Start
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant for a 6-month contract starting in October, to work with a leading Microsoft Partner on exciting and complex CRM projects.
Location: UK-based (Remote with possible occasional on-site meetings)
Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
Start Date: October 2025

Role Overview:
You will lead the design, implementation, and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, working closely with clients to align technology with business processes. You will also play a key role in projects integrating Dynamics CE with other Microsoft applications such as Business Central, Field Service, Customer Insights, and CoPilot/AI.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end Dynamics CE/CRM projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
* Act as the primary client contact, advising on best practices and functionality.
* Customise and configure CE solutions, including workflows, entities, forms, and dashboards.
* Integrate Dynamics CE with other business systems and third-party applications.
* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform.
* Hands-on experience with Field Service module.
* Desirable: experience with Portals, Project Operations, Canvas Apps, Dynamics BC, Customer Insights, or CoPilot.
* Experience with CRM integration using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, or other integration tools.
* Excellent client-facing skills and problem-solving abilities.
