What the Job Involves This role involves providing clerical and administrative support to the Child Care Team and other parts of the division when needed. Key tasks include maintaining systems for renewals of interim orders in Care Proceedings, preparing and producing documents for legal proceedings, writing letters, answering inquiries, managing electronic and paper diaries, and coordinating solicitor attendance at Child Protection Conferences. You will administer office procedures, manage filing and case management systems, assist in document distribution, maintain records, and contribute to the general administrative needs of the Legal & Governance division. The role also includes maintaining personal and professional development, supporting other staff, participating in training, and ensuring health and safety duties are met appropriately.
