What You’ll Do
As a Panel Technician, you’ll play a key role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Your day-to-day will include:
* Carrying out repairs to the highest standards using approved methods.
* Working to manufacturer specifications, Thatcham guidelines, and insurance standards.
* Performing body repairs with precision and care for a flawless finish.
* Accurately recording and communicating any additional parts required.
* Maintaining compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH requirements.
About You
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a team environment. Ideally, you’ll have:
* IMI/ATA Panel Technician accreditation (or equivalent Bodyshop experience).
* A strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
* A team-focused mindset and great customer service skills.
* A full UK driving licence (preferred).
