WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
In this role, you'll be a key point of support for teams across the business, helping them navigate testing challenges and embedding quality into every stage of delivery. Whether it's answering testing queries, guiding best practices, or helping teams understand how to test more effectively, you'll be there to make sure quality is prioritised.
You'll focus on ensuring our products are tested with real customer scenarios in mind, so what we release reflects how people actually use our services. That means thinking creatively, challenging assumptions, and making sure our testing covers the full breadth of user experiences.
A big part of your work will involve setting up new test functions and capabilities, building tools, frameworks, and processes that help us test smarter, not harder. You’ll also focus on improving our existing testing practices by identifying gaps and uncovering opportunities to make our approach more efficient and impactful.
Most importantly, you’ll help shape where our quality efforts should be directed. By developing a deep understanding of our systems, our customers, and our goals, you’ll guide teams toward the areas that matter most. This ensures we deliver reliable, high-performing products that meet the needs of a diverse and evolving user base.
