This includes the sale of our non-franchise Used Cars and our New Electric Car Brand Geely. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximise performance Maximise sales effectiveness through customer follow-up, prospecting, and activity management. Ensure customer queries and complaints are handled professionally and in line with company procedures. Maintain high showroom and forecourt presentation standards Provide regular performance reports to the Head of Business and senior management. Requirements for Select Manager Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior automotive sales role. Strong leadership and people management capability. Commercial focus with experience delivering sales and profit targets. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional, motivated, and performance-driven approach.
