Proposals and Communications Coordinator
The marketing team is spread across our Manchester and London studios, and has experience spanning proposals, marketing communications, business development and graphic design. We work flexibly to support the whole practice with work-winning and raising the profile of the practice.
The role will involve:
* Working with directors and the marketing team to complete proposal documents and standard questionnaires
* Updating practice case studies and employee information on our asset management software, Open Asset
* Maintaining our bid information toolkit and text library
* Managing and updating our supplier databases with practice information, including Constructionline
* Supporting the team with other tasks that may include social media, award submissions, events and website updatesli>
* Other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Key attributes include:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to work in a busy, deadline-oriented environment engaging with the local team and senior staff across the business
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise activities under pressure and to multi-task.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign is advantageous, although not essential.
* Candidates will ideally have two to three years’ experience in a similar role.
The preferred location for this national role is at our Manchester studio but working at our other studios will also be considered.
