We are looking for a Planning Manager to join our Infrastructure Water team in Peterborough.
What you\'ll do
* Develop a planning approach that meets both customer and Skanska requirements, focusing on positive project impact.
* Lead and develop the project planning team.
* Establish a collaborative project-level planning approach to engage the entire project team with the programme.
* Present programme information using various methods such as time chainage, 4D, short-term planning, and phasing diagrams.
* Analyse the programme to identify improvements, reduce risks, and address potential issues across the project.
* Use detailed programme insights to inform strategic planning decisions.
What you\'ll bring to the role
* Specific experience in water treatment projects, ideally with several years contributing to their delivery.
* Significant construction planning experience with a Tier 1 infrastructure contractor.
* Substantial time spent in a production delivery role, such as a site engineer on heavy civils projects.
