Rethinking Safety through Inclusion & Wellbeing

* Coach and guide operational teams using our Inclusion & Wellbeing engagement tools – helping everyone have a voice on site.
* Carry out assurance activities that give confidence in how effectively safety processes are working.
* Work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team on some of the most complex and exciting infrastructure projects in the UK.
What we're looking for:
* Level 5 qualification (minimum) in a relevant subject
* Background in civils or infrastructure projects
* Strong technical knowledge in Occupational Health Risk Management and Safety Risk Management
* Skilled in coaching, training, auditing, and investigations
