We're now hiring a Health & Safety Manager to support multiple major projects across Birmingham, Surrey, and Kent. This is a chance to lead from the front, influence safety culture, and embed wellbeing into every layer of delivery. What You'll Be Doing Be the go-to expert, supporting managers and site teams to meet the highest safety standards. Coach and guide operational teams using our Inclusion & Wellbeing engagement tools – helping everyone have a voice on site. Carry out assurance activities that give confidence in how effectively safety processes are working. Work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team on some of the most complex and exciting infrastructure projects in the UK. What We're Looking For Level 5 qualification (minimum) in a relevant subject Background in civils or infrastructure projects Strong technical knowledge in Occupational Health Risk Management and Safety Risk Management Skilled in coaching, training, auditing, and investigations Membership of a relevant professional body Don't meet every requirement?
