We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist at Ettington Park Hotel, the only AA 4 Red Star hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon. Ettington Park is renowned as one of the finest hotels in Warwickshire, set within 40 acres of parkland in a verdant valley with the river Stour. The country house offers 47 bedrooms and a 2AA Rosette restaurant, with an outstanding reputation for afternoon teas and picturesque grounds for weddings.
About the Role
* The role of our receptionists is to deliver an exceptional guest experience, by putting the guest at the heart of everything you do, through personalised and thoughtful service with care and attention to detail.
* You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of engagement with guests throughout their stay to make them feel at home, relaxed, and to identify and create magical memories at every possible opportunity.
* In collaboration with the Front Office team you\'ll maintain regular and effective communication to ensure a seamless operation, aware of all the day\'s activities.

About You
* To be considered for this role you will have knowledge and experience of working in a luxury four or five star hotel within a front office environment.
* Be passionate about going above and beyond for our guests and recognise and skilfully act on opportunities to make the guest experience memorable through offering or suggesting appropriate hotel products and facilities.
* Be able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to anticipate our guests\' needs ensuring they receive a Hand Picked experience.
* You'll have proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Opera is desirable.
* Through your enthusiasm and willing approach, you will demonstrate how you find solutions to any scenario.
* Act calmly and professionally, maintaining an outwardly positive attitude even when under pressure.

* A competitive salary package of £14.32 per hour, plus a share of service charge.
* This is a Part-Time role working 4 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 32 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
