FIRM: A well-regarded Top 50 law firm in Bristol with an international reach is looking to grow their L500-rated Commercial team by hiring a Commercial Technology Solicitor/ Associate.
BACKGROUND: Ideally, you will have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology-focused contracts, advising clients on business-to-business and business-to-consumer arrangements. You will advise on a range of non-contentious commercial transactions in the technology, retail and leisure, manufacturing, food and drink, and transport sectors. You will also advise on IP/Brand protection and production/distribution.
