They are seeking an experienced and impactful Finance Manager to lead. End ‑ to ‑ end transactional finance operations, strengthen Controls and processes, and play a key role in driving strategic and ad ‑ hoc Initiatives across the business, including a team of managers and, indirectly, a wider team of up to 10.
Key Accountabilities
1. Oversee day ‑ to ‑ day finance operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and strong cash control.
2. Deliver high ‑ quality month ‑ end and year ‑ end reporting to tight deadlines.
3. Strengthen internal controls, streamline processes and refine financial policies.
4. Drive automation, system enhancements and AI ‑ led improvements.
5. Support budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis activities.
6. Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks across the function.
7. Build a culture of accountability, development and continuous improvement.
8. Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide insight, challenge and informed decision support.
About You
9. Extensive UK Finance experience with the right to work in the UK (no expiry or sponsorship).
10. Strong operational finance leadership background, ideally in high ‑ growth or PE ‑ backed environments.
11. Proven experience modernising finance operations, including automation and AI adoption.
12. fortable working at pace with strong technical andmercial acumen.
13. Excellent stakeholder management and a clear, crediblemunication style.
14. Experienced people leader with a track record of motivating and elevating team performance.
15. Advanced systems skills and confidence with emerging technologies.
16. High integrity, resilience and sound judgement.
