We're looking for a Catering Assistant who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, hot beverages, and light snacks to a consistently high standard.
2. Maintaining food safety and allergen awareness at all times, ensuring compliance with Mite and NHS.
3. Managing stock levels for coffee, milk, and related supplies, and keeping service areas replenished.
4. Operating tills and handling cash accurately, where required.
5. Ensuring all equipment, workstations, and service areas are clean, tidy, and safe up to health and safety standards.
6. Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and colleagues to deliver excellent service.
What we're looking for:
7. Previous Barista experience with the ability to work under pressure and unsupervised, where required.
8. Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen procedures.
9. Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
10. A strong team player who also works confidently on their own initiative.
11. Adaptability, reliability, and attention to detail.
12. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
