This role focuses on guiding patients through a premium, patient‑first journey—helping them feel confident, supported, and excited about their treatment.
What You’ll Do
* Welcome patients and guide them through their smile journey.
* Build trust through empathy, active listening, and consultative conversations.
* Confidently handle objections (price, time, fear, trust).
* Ensure patients are seen by a clinician within 7 days of signing up.
* Work closely with clinical experts to deliver a seamless 5‑star service.
Training & Development
We invest in our people. All new consultants join our Fast‑Track 3‑Day Onboarding Program:
* Day 1 – Sales Excellence: Luxury consultative selling, objections, efficiency.
* Day 2 – Dental Training with our in‑house Dentist: Core treatments, shadowing, role‑play.
* Day 3 – Compliance & Regulations: FCA finance rules, GDC guidelines, ethical selling.
After onboarding, you’ll have a dedicated mentor, quarterly reviews, and orthodontist‑led training sessions to grow quickly.

Who We’re Looking For
* 3–5+ years in consultative sales
* Excellent rapport building and uncovering patient motivations
* Comfortable in regulated environments (FCA/GDC experience a plus)
* Ambitious, career‑driven, and motivated by growth
