We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Care Team Leader – Days to join a well-established residential care home in the charming town of Crediton.

The Role
As a Care Team Leader – Days, you will:• Lead and support the day care team to deliver outstanding care• Provide hands-on assistance with personal care• Coordinate daily routines, staff allocation, and handovers• Act as a role model and mentor to care staff• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to concerns• Maintain accurate care records and ensure compliance• Promote a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment
About You
• Previous experience in a senior or leadership care role• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)• Strong leadership and organisational skills• Compassionate, reliable, and proactive• Passionate about delivering high standards of care
