Key Duties: Lead the delivery of our stock condition survey programme and ensure data accuracy to support strategic planning. Manage external survey contractors, ensuring performance standards are met and data is captured and used effectively. Monitor compliance with housing health and safety standards and respond to performance issues. Contribute to strategic policy development, including responses to government consultations.
