Role Overview
As a Platform Change Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to manage, deliver, and develop our Change Programme and system enhancements. You should have a strong knowledge of propositions, products, regulations, and a flexible, can-do approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Challenge, highlight, and report relevant risks/issues for inclusion in project risk logs.
2. Assess business impacts across propositions.
3. Identify cost-effective solutions within project and program principles.
4. Provide post-implementation support to departments during the change process, supporting operational issues.
5. Contribute to Business Verification Plan (BVT) to ensure comprehensive coverage during code deployment.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services or a platform provider, with knowledge of relevant legislation.
* Strong problem-solving, planning, and analysis skills, with a holistic view of processes.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information.
* Experience working in high-risk environments, with the ability to identify issues quickly and maintain up-to-date reporting and policies.
* Workplace Pensions experience.
* Previous involvement in Change projects and lifecycle, ideally with Jira experience.
