📍 Location: Rochdale
⏰ Hours: 9am- 5pm Tuesday – Saturday (Tuesday-Friday in the office & Saturday WFH).

Are you passionate about helping people, solving problems, and making a difference? We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our client! You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, friendly, and effective assistance via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
Understand customer needs and guide them through using specific features of our products
Log all customer returns and replacements with clear, detailed information
Monitor and analyse trends in faulty products and escalate issues appropriately
Maintain and update databases with information on technical issues and helpful interactions
Monitor customer complaints on social media and proactively reach out to assist
Provide in-depth support for product functionality and features
Share knowledge on product features and troubleshooting with team members
Follow up on all enquiries to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction
Collect and communicate customer feedback to product and marketing teamsRequirements:
