Our client, who are a manufacturer and provider of technical innovative safety solutions are looking to grow the team due to business progression and in increase of orders.
This is a very busy role in the business. The ability to multitask an prioritise duties is a must. Knowledge of completing Export administration to allow the shipping of the company goods via road, rail, sea and air will be required as the company ship good to circa 50 countries overseeing the process from receipt of order to despatch.
You will need to be a multitasking administrator, a great communicator with refined order processing skills and confidence with export procedures and a working knowledge of Sage 50.
Duties will include
1. Order Processing of daily orders from via by phone, email and online channels
2. Order analysis and communicating with factory re customer schedules and product availability
3. Arranging transport and liaising with shipping companies
4. Arranging export shipments including paperwork and transport
5. Incoming call response and customer liaison
6. Despatch date liaison with Production /Warehouse
7. Checking despatch and delivery schedules
8. Generating weekly sales reports
9. Updating customer data base and price book
10. Produce quotes and Invoicing for orders
11. Filing
12. Assisting our sales team & sales support
13. Customer support in general
