We are currently seeking a dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager to support the Home Manager in the daily running of the home and to help lead our team with professionalism and empathy. What You'll Be Doing Assist in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Lead, supervise, and support the care team to deliver outstanding care. Participate in assessments and care reviews, acting as a key contact for residents, families, and staff. Foster strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams and external partners. Promote a positive, resident-focused culture in line with our “Good” CQC rating. We’re seeking someone who is: Has previous experience in a similar leadership role within a care setting. Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adult Care qualification, or is currently working towards it. A Registered Nurse, with a current and valid NMC pin Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Has a natural ability to put others at ease and foster a supportive team culture.
