In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our subcontracting partners, ensuring compliance, quality, and effective communication across all aspects of delivery. Youll work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold funding requirements, drive learner outcomes, and contribute to the smooth operation of our education services.
Role Information
DUTIES
* Liaise between organisation and subcontracting partners on all aspects of compliance, both face to face and remotely.
* Communicate enrolment and completion queries on a weekly basis to subcontractors/partners
* Provide support to subcontractors/partners to resolve enrolment/completion queries in a timely manner in line with necessary funding rules
* Complete quality checks on wrap around support claims against evidence provided in line with funding rules
* Provide subcontractor spend reports per ward to Head of Subcontracting on a weekly basis
* Provide paperwork training to subcontractors/partners this may require face to face visits therefore travel across the West Midlands
* Provide support sessions to subcontractors/partners on reoccurring queries such as eligibility
* Support HoS with updating relevant combined authority tracking documentation
* Ensure accurate processing against contract KPIs, evidencing job outcomes, sustained outcomes, progressions through the phases and employer engagement
* Support management of subcontracting communication channels to support processing
* Support delivery of induction with subcontractors/partners upon allocation of funds
* Work collaboratively with MIS teams based at Head Office
* Request the setup of new courses for subcontractors/partners as applicable
* Accurately input learner records onto ProSolution, meeting daily targets
* Respond to queries from funding partners accurately and timely
* Generate reports as requested
* Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours

* Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Provide learners, customers and colleagues with support, advice guidance as part of your everyday role

Experience
Experience working in a coordination or administrative role
Experience supporting external stakeholders or partners
Experience with data entry and reporting
Knowledge & Skills
Experience of working with education funding rule requirements
Good level of IT Skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to solve problems
Understanding of funding rules and compliance
Familiarity with subcontractor management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel across the West Midlands to deliver face-to-face training and support sessions.
Understanding of Ofsted/DfE requirements
Qualifications
GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
