Position title: Executive Search Recruitment Consultant
Location: 33 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0PW - 5 days in office Mon-Fri
Entry‑level position suitable for recent graduates or those with no prior recruitment experience.
You'll be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with focus on permanent placements in the US market; market specialism will be dependant on business & team.
Responsibilities
* Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long‑term partnerships.
* Effectively manage end‑to‑end executive search assignments, from client briefing through to placement; manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.
* Conduct in‑depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up‑to‑date with industry trends.
* Consistently hit personal billing targets and KPIs while contributing to wider team success.
* Keep the CRM & databases updated.
