We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their expert team and help create an environment where every child can thrive. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality learning experiences aligned with the school's curriculum and expectations. Build positive relationships with students to support their academic and personal development within the Primary setting. Maintain effective classroom management and a productive learning atmosphere. Follow all safeguarding and reporting protocols required by the school. Candidate Profile Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited to the Primary sector. Reliability, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education. Ability to work effectively within a school community in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
