We need a strong understanding of recurring revenue and managed service models. We require experience with technologies such as Microsoft 365, RMM, PSA, SOC/MDR, or endpoint management. We need the ability to translate technical services into commercial solutions. We are looking for experience training or enabling sales teams. We need strong client relationship and consultative selling skills. Technical pre-sales, solution design, onboarding, or project management experience is ideal, but not essential. Responsibilities: We will develop and drive the MSP sales strategy. We will identify and qualify opportunities within our existing client base. We will train and support account managers to sell managed services. We will lead client discovery sessions and create tailored proposals. We will build pricing models, sales collateral, and onboarding processes. We will work with technical teams to ensure solutions are deliverable. We will manage the onboarding of new MSP customers. This is a hybrid role based in Hertford, working with an established client base of around 2,000 accounts. We offer a salary of up to £75,000, with OTE of £150,000 plus benefits, and the opportunity to join an exciting phase of growth with an established business.
