3. Manage your own sales territory, acting as the main point of contact for all customers within the region.
4. Deliver outstanding customer service by handling enquiries, orders, quotes, and client communications promptly and professionally.
5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
6. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth within your accounts.
7. Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery and fulfilment.
8. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all client interactions are fully documented.
9. Travel to your territory periodically to visit key accounts, attend trade events, and represent the company.
10. Support the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
11. The role includes occasional travel (approximately once every two months) to meet clients, attend events, and support commercial activity across this region.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Representative should have:
12. Previous experience in customer service, account management, or hospitality sales is preferred.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first approach.
14. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
15. Proactive attitude with confidence in identifying opportunities and driving sales growth.
16. Comfortable working independently and managing a defined territory.
17. Willingness to travel internationally on a semi-regular basis.
18. Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Competitive salary range of £31,500 to £35,000 per annum.
