About the Role As the School Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the effective day-to-day running of the school. Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team, you will take responsibility for: Premises management - overseeing maintenance, site safety, and contractors Health & Safety - ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice Administration & Compliance - streamlining processes and maintaining accurate records HR & Recruitment - supporting staff recruitment, onboarding, and wellbeing initiatives Finance support - working with the leadership team to ensure efficient resource allocation Your role will help ensure that the school remains a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors alike.
