Automotive Service Advisor - North of Cannock
1. Basic Salary up to £32,000 basic (Can pay more for Senior Service Advisors)
2. Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (No weekends!)

About the Role – Automotive Service Advisor
Are you a driven and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Join a rapidly expanding, reputable independent garage specialising in prestige, performance, and electric vehicles. This full-time, permanent position provides stability, professional growth, and the chance to work within a cutting-edge facility north of Cannock, Staffordshire.
Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
4. Manage the customer journey from booking to vehicle handover, ensuring clear communication and transparency
5. Handle service, repair, and MOT bookings efficiently
6. Prepare accurate job cards, estimates, and repair authorisations
7. Liaise effectively between customers and workshop technicians
8. Provide regular updates, explanations, and advice to customers
9. Coordinate parts orders and supplier communications
10. Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims
11. Maintain an organised and professional reception and waiting area.
Service Advisor Candidate Requirements:
12. At least 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in a franchise or independent garage
13. Good understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT procedures
14. Exceptional customer service and communication skills
15. Professional appearance and conduct
16. Strong organisational and administrative abilities
17. IT-literate with the ability to adapt to internal management systems
18. Hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
