Capacity Marketing for Charities is the organiser of the National Free Wills Network and Free Wills Month legacy fundraising programmes for some of the most well-known UK based charities. Our busy head office in Mold currently has an opening for a part-time Admin Team Leader.
The position involves being a strong administrator and leading the existing team by example. You would be responsible for setting the day-to-day responsibilities of the team and ensuring that targets are met. You would liaise with Management to raise any issues encountered and be pro-active in bringing improvements and efficiencies to the team. You would be expected to process information and data onto our in-house software (for which full training will be given) and Excel spreadsheets, making and receiving telephone calls, and dealing with queries from charities, solicitors and members of the public. Filing, general office and ad-hoc duties would also play a part in this role.

The contract on offer is for 25 hours per week, split over 5 days Monday-Friday. The Candidate
The successful candidate will possess a happy, friendly, positive outlook, with a can-do attitude and be proficient in the use of all aspects of Microsoft Office. You must be able to demonstrate excellent typing and organisational skills, and have the ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy are essential, and previous experience of leading a team or in a similar role would be beneficial.
