FP&A Analyst - 12 Month FTC (Hybrid)Salary: £65,000Location: Runcorn (3 days office / 2 days home)We're partnering with a large, values led healthcare organisation to recruit an experienced FP&A Analyst for a 12 month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.This is a hands on, commercially focused role sitting at the heart of the finance function, supporting senior stakeholders with high quality financial insight, reporting, and forecasting.The roleReporting into a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:Own month end processes including pre close activity, journals, and preparation of board level reportsConsolidate financial results across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy around exceptionals and non EBITDA itemsCoordinate quarterly forecasts and the annual budgeting cycle, including consolidation and variance analysisDeliver flash results, trend analysis, P&L reporting, and performance dashboards for senior leadershipReview capital expenditure forecasts and support cost centre managementMaintain and support the chart of accounts, cost centres, and general ledger structureAct as a key link between finance and operational teams, providing clear and commercially focused insightIdentify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve data accuracy, and enhance finance processesWhat we're looking forFully qualified accountant ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA )Minimum 3 years' FP&A experienceStrong understanding of month end, forecasting, and budgeting cyclesAdvanced Excel and financial modelling capabilityConfident communicating with senior stakeholders in a collaborative, solutions focused wayPrevious exposure to financial systems and reporting tools (e.g. Business Central, Jet Reports) is desirableTPBN1_UKTJ
