About the Person You will be responsible for delivery of the Multi-Channel Marketing pathway delivering an industry-aligned course that equips learners with the practical, analytical, and creative skills needed to succeed in modern digital marketing roles. The course mirrors real-world practice to teach learners how marketing can drive awareness, behaviour change, and commercial results. The successful candidate will guide learners through planning, executing, and evaluating multi-channel marketing activity, balancing creative content development with data-led decision making. They will ensure learners understand how to communicate purpose-driven messages effectively while meeting business objectives. The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons covering social media marketing (Meta, TikTok), search and display advertising, email marketing, and website content management. As well as teach learners how to create, schedule, and optimise engaging digital content for different platforms and audiences. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital and multi-channel marketing, experience with social media platforms, paid advertising, analytics tools, and content management systems and the ability to translate industry practice into clear, accessible teaching.
