We’re now looking for a passionate and commercially driven Kitchen Designer to join our Reading showroom — someone who thrives on creativity, builds strong client relationships, and enjoys turning ideas into reality.
Role Description
This is a dynamic, client-facing position where design expertise meets sales performance. You’ll take ownership of the entire customer journey — from the first consultation through to final installation — ensuring every project is seamless, inspiring, and delivered to the highest standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading in-depth consultations to understand each client’s vision, lifestyle, and budget
* Designing stunning, functional kitchens using industry-leading CAD software
* Presenting concepts, materials, and finishes with confidence and flair
* Preparing accurate quotations and managing project budgets effectively
* Coordinating with installers and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintaining a high-end showroom environment and visual standards
* Driving sales performance and consistently exceeding targets
What We’re Looking For
* Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. Winner, Fusion, or equivalent)
* A strong commercial mindset with excellent sales and negotiation skills
* Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
* A keen eye for detail and strong spatial awareness
* The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
