The Strategic Telemarketer Lead Sales is a customer-facing role responsible for winning business. You will develop insights on mid-term developments for your department and contribute to the strategic planning of the larger unit.
As a Strategic Telemarketer Lead Sales, your responsibilities include:
* Identifying and researching potential leads using various online tools and databases.
* Reviewing our current customer base and mapping out potential new locations to penetrate.
* Identifying industries where our products fit and creating targeted lists of accounts to approach.
* Working with the sales team on targeted campaigns.
* Conducting outbound calls to engage prospects, introduce our services, and qualify leads based on specific criteria. Countries include the UK, France, and Germany.
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our solutions can meet them.
* Maintaining accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
* Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align lead strategies and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
* Analyzing call metrics and lead conversion rates to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
* Staying informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to communicate value propositions effectively.
Fuel your passion: Success in this role requires
* A technical engineering qualification, marketing qualification, or related field, or proven experience in a similar role.
* Fluent English and French, with German as an additional benefit.
* Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive phone presence.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
