We’re looking for a sharp, organised European Export Administrator to help keep our European Operations running like clockwork. Already working in global logistics and experienced in export documentation, collections, deliveries, and top-notch customer service? Then we want to hear from you — apply today! From managing daily tasks to coordinating with clients, overseas agents, hauliers, and internal teams, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring every export runs smoothly, on time, and fully compliant.

Key duties & Responsibilities:

·Liaising with clients, overseas agents, and internal departments

·Taking bookings from Operations and accurately inputting them into the system

·Checking customer invoices to ensure customs compliance

·Working with the Internal Customs Team to raise export documentation

·Coordinating with overseas customs clearance agents

·Extracting and managing data from third-party systems

·Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently

·Charging and costing shipments accurately

·Resolving issues with hauliers when required


Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role:

·Proven experience in a similar role (logistics or transport sector experience is highly desirable)

·Strong communication skills — both written and verbal

·Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines

·A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

·Confident using Microsoft Office packages

·Problem-solving skills, numerate and a customer-first approach
