Job Purpose Were looking for a HR Systems Analyst to lead the effective operation of our HR system, reward processes, and people data reporting. This role focuses on pay and bonus cycles, system governance, data integrity, and providing high-quality people insights to the business. Experience with Workday is desirable but not essential were open to candidates with strong transferable HR systems experience. Main Responsibilities Lead and manage HR system Workday, including system improvements, upgrades, and governance Coordinate and manage annual pay and bonus cycles, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing Own HR data integrity, reporting, and MI, producing regular and ad-hoc people insights Build and maintain reports to support organisational and strategic decision-making Oversee system audits, risk reviews, and data protection activity, including GDPR and SARs Work closely with Payroll to improve end-to-end processes and data quality Support HR transformation and change activity through effective use of systems and data Knowledge, skills and experience Strong experience working with an HR system (e.g. Workday or another enterprise HRIS) Demonstrable experience managing pay and reward processes High data literacy with experience producing HR analytics and MI Strong Excel skills Understanding of HR data governance and GDPR Ability to identify and deliver process improvements through systems and automation Our culture Vaultex acknowledges every persons right to feel valued, respected, and fairly rewarded for what they do.
