What’s on Offer: • Competitive salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) • Welcome bonus: £5,000 upon successful registration • Annual bonus: £5,000 based on quality and commercial performance • Leadership Incentive Plan: Share in the long-term success of the organization • Thorough induction: Get set up for success from day one • Ongoing development: o Access to a Management Development Training Programme o Leadership Academy courses to build confidence, communication, and leadership skills • Benefits package includes: o Pension scheme o Employee Assistance Program o Wellbeing initiatives o Cycle to Work scheme o “Recommend a Friend” bonus o Team rewards (discounts on restaurants, days out, etc.) o Long service awards Your Responsibilities: • Ensure your home achieves at least a “Good” rating from Ofsted • Develop and maintain high-quality care and support plans tailored to each young person’s unique needs • Build and lead a strong, motivated care team • Establish systems to gather feedback from young people on the care they receive • Allocate and oversee key workers for each resident • Monitor quality standards in line with the home's Statement of Purpose • Manage any safeguarding concerns and complaints • Collaborate with families, carers, and professionals to promote positive outcomes • Attend planning and review meetings • Promote a safe, empowering culture for young people • Oversee commercial operations and ensure alignment with budgetary goals Who We’re Looking For: • Experience: At least 2 years working in children’s residential care, including 1 year in a supervisory capacity within the last 5 years • Qualifications: o Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (required) o Level 5 Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (preferred or willingness to start within 6 months) • Knowledge of: o Children’s home regulations and legislation o Ofsted frameworks and The Quality Standards o Trauma-informed care and managing challenging behaviours • Skills: Confident in leadership, team development, budget management, and communication • Driving licence: Full UK driving license required Why Join Us?
